Performer - Teacher - Choreographer
Jannick was born in Munich, Germany and was raised in the UK near Brighton. He trained at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Music and Dance earning a Ba(hons) in Contemporary Dance graduating in 2015. After completing his degree, he travelled the world exploring martial arts and different approaches to movement. During this time, he trained in Capoeira, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, gymnastics and was also a rock-climbing instructor.
Jannick has extensive experience in immersive theatre, dance theatre and inclusive practice. He has toured the UK and Europe working with various dance companies including: Stopgap Dance Company, Abbot Dance Theatre, Lila Dance and Errant Productions. As a choreographer his works have been presented at The Robin Howard Theatre, The Bonnie Bird theatre and was also chosen to be a part of Hangartfest in Italy.
